I’m a psychotherapist and mindful life coach, and I’ve helped hundreds of people move from feeling depleted and overwhelmed to feeling more grounded, confident, and energized in their daily lives.
I also know this work personally. As a "recovering people-pleaser", I spent years saying “yes” without checking in with myself... until my exhaustion and burnout became impossible to ignore.
Through my own journey, along with many years working with people in psychotherapy and coaching, I’ve learned that lasting change doesn’t come from pushing harder or doing more.
Lasting change comes from reflection, self-awareness, and small daily micro-practices that gently shift how we relate to our time, energy, and choices.
That’s exactly what this workshop is designed to offer.
